What this policy covers
This policy covers https://zoftaa.com and the apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Where an app collects data beyond what is described here, that app has its own section below, written before the app is released.
Information we collect on this website
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company (if you give it), project type and message. The form is processed by our form provider, Formspree, which delivers it to us by email.
- Messages you send us. Anything you send by email or WhatsApp, including your contact details.
- Technical data. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
Health information
We do not collect health information through this website. Please do not send medical details through the contact form. Any of our healthcare apps that handle health data will explain exactly what they collect, why and how it is protected in their own section of this policy.
How we use information

- To keep this website and our apps secure and working.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as Formspree, Cloudflare, WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you send us there, and our email provider, and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside Pakistan.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, normally no longer than 24 months unless we go on to work together.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
Our apps
Each app we publish shows its data practices in its App Store and Google Play listing. When an app launches, its specific data collection and use will be described in a section here.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
